Return Policy

Modifications to orders and Cancellations

All orders are sent to our manufacturing partners at 9:00pm (EST) on the day they are ordered. Orders sent after 9:00pm (EST) are processed the following day. Once an order is sent to manufacturing it cannot be modified, canceled or refunded.

Please ensure your orders are accurate prior to submitting by making sure the items in your cart are correct prior to checking out.

Returns

All items purchased through Best Forward Store are made to order products and are therefore final sale and not eligible to return or be refunded. We will however offer a replacement product in the event of manufacturing error or damaged product upon receipt.

If your product arrived with a defect or damage please contact us using our Return Order Form within 30 days of receiving the item.
